Announcement: Traveling Exhibition in Niigata CLOSED

Adachi Museum of Art Collection                                     Famous Japanese Paintings by Yokoyama Taikan and other Modern Era Artists

April 7th-May 20th, 2018
Shortly, we will be holding our Adachi Museum of Art Collection: Famous Japanese Paintings by Yokoyama Taikan and other Modern Era Artists exhibition at the Niitsu Art Museum in Niigata City.
Fifty-five modern Japanese painting masterpieces will be displayed all in one place, including twenty-two by Yokoyama Taikan, in commemoration of the 150th anniversary of his birth.
The Adachi Museum of Art regularly holds traveling exhibitions using works of art from our collection but this will be our first in Niigata Prefecture.
Please take advantage of this opportunity to see some precious works from our extensive collection.
