COVID-19 Protective Measures

Wearing a face mask is left to your discretion. However, we ask you to cover your mouth with a mask, handkerchief or tissue paper when you cough or sneeze.

If you have any symptoms of cold, including fever, cough, or general malaise, please refrain from entering the museum.

We have set up hand sanitizer stations throughout the museum. Please make use them as desired.

Please refrain from having conversations in the exhibition rooms in order to mitigate droplet infection.

Please do not touch the walls or display cases.

If you develop any cold or flu symptoms while at the museum, please inform a member of staff immediately.

The number of guests in the museum may be limited to prevent overcrowding, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We regularly sanitize handrails, window frames, door handles and other commonly touched surfaces.

We regularly ventilate the building by opening windows and doors.

Museum staff members that interact with customers all wear masks and gloves.

We have set up clear barriers and other tools to reduce droplet infection in areas where staff members face customers.

We ask that customers use cash-trays on the counters.

We appreciate your cooperation in protecting against infection and the diffusion.
